Hi All, I'm Cheri! - Owner and Creator of Aspire2Fit. Since creating this program, my life has changed in just the matter of 2 years.
I started at 182 pounds depressed coming out of two surgeries within two weeks of each other. I'm now Down 5 dress sizes!!! Feeling better than ever, off all meds, feeling energergized and at the best shape of my life.
